What is Home Healthcare?
Home health consists of care services including the following: Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Each of these services is administered in the patient’s home by healthcare professionals specially trained and experienced in home health care. These services may be intermittent visits or extended continuous care.

How Does The Home Health Process Work?
- Alarys receives the referral and your physicians home health order.
- Alaryss licensed registered nurse (RN) meets with you to identify your specific care needs and your preferences regarding caregivers.
- Alarys identifies and interviews potential caregivers, conducts background checks and ensures that individuals have the skills needed to be on your care team.
- You meet potential caregivers to decide those you want on your caregiving team. Accepting a caregiver is always your choice.
- When your caregiving team is chosen, the Alarys RN develops a Care Plan with you and instructs your caregivers in implementing your plan.
- The Alarys RN provides regular medication set-up and physician consultation as needed.
- The Alarys RN provides regular supervision so changes in your condition can be promptly resolved and care adjusted as your needs change.
